Keller Executive Search, a digital platform and recruitment agency, is actively expanding its global footprint. We are seeking a Recruitment and Partnerships Development Manager, an A-Player who is ready to embrace the unique challenges and opportunities of this role. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow within an international setting and excited about the prospect of building something from scratch.

Professional Office Setting Requirement: Given the outward nature of this role, all calls and professional interactions must be conducted from a professional office setting, not from home. Keller will cover the associated costs for this office space.

**Responsibilities**:

- International Partnership Development (40%)
- Initiate and build relationships with recruitment agencies worldwide.
- Communicate Keller's value proposition effectively to potential partners in various regions.
- Expand our international partnership network, focusing on creating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Commission given for establishment of paid partnerships.
- Recruitment (40%)
- Stay informed about market trends and recruitment technologies to implement best practices in talent acquisition.
- Utilize data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics, aiming for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
- Operational Leadership and Community Management (20%) - Later on.
- Oversee various operational aspects of the organization on a global scale.
- Lead the development and management of our professional community, fostering international engagement.
- Ensure high-quality experiences for community members and partners across different countries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, and understanding how a recruitment company operates. A track record of identifying and qualifying managerial and senior-level talent.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with confidence in leading partnerships.
- Independent and proactive, bringing energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness.
- Operational management experience with a strategic problem-solving approach.
- Ability to build and manage a professional community on a global level.
- Professional demeanor, capable of impressing clients and partners internationally.
- Enjoys engaging with new companies and individuals globally, adept at selling solutions and services.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and partnership development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Slides.
