Administrative Duties
Travel with CEO from time to time
Basic HR Administration
Diary management, meeting co-ordination and minute taking.
Travel arrangements
Management of Company records and agreements
Performing financial administrative duties
Ad hoc duties and special projects support (e.g. cell phone contracts)
Administrative function regarding certain project
Event Management
Logistical Management
**Qualifications**:
Tertiary qualification or any relevant Qualification
Proficient in MS office suite, advanced MS Word & Excel and business administration skills.
Preferred 2+ years’ work experience in an Executive Assistant role in a corporate environment.
Efficient in all aspects of diary management, schedule planning, co-ordinating and managing executives’ communications.
