We're looking for a talented Personal and Office Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of our divisional office and to provide exceptional support to our Senior Director.
**Key responsibilities**:
- ** Executive support**:Delivering top-notch secretarial and administrative assistance to our Senior Director, including managing their schedule, handling correspondence, and providing general office support;
- ** Office administration**:Maintaining efficient office operations by offering administrative support to the team, assisting with meeting administration, and managing documents;
- ** Project administration**: Assisting with project administration and coordination to ensure timely and successful project completion;
- ** Financial management**: Overseeing the Division's expenditures and process payments, and keeping accurate financial records.

**Sleutelverantwoordelikhede**:
- ** Steun aan uitvoerende bestuur**:Verleen topgehalte sekretariële en administratiewe bystand aan ons Senior Direkteur, onder meer met die bestuur van hul skedule, hantering van korrespondensie en verskaffing van algemene ondersteuning in die kantoor;
- ** Kantooradministrasie**: Handhaaf doeltreffende kantoorwerksaamhede deur administratiewe steun aan die span te voorsien, met die administrasie vir vergaderings te help en deur dokumente te bestuur;
- ** Projekadministrasie**: Lewer bystand met projekadministrasie en -koördinering om tydige en suksesvolle projekvoltooiing te verseker;
- ** Finansiële bestuur**: Hou toesig oor die Afdeling se uitgawes, verwerk betalings en hou akkurate finansiële rekords by.
- As jy ingesteld is op detail en n aanleg vir multitaakverrigting het, asook 'n passie om uitsonderlike bystand te verleen, sal ons graag van jou wil hoor. Doen vandag aansoek om 'n sleutelspeler in ons span te wees_
Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- At least an NQF Level 6 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
**Essential work experience**:
- Five years' proven experience in managing an office and/or as an executive personal assistant;
- Relevant exposure to working within the higher education environment;
- Relevant exposure to working within a project management environment.

- Communication skills (the ability to listen and respond effectively to others, and to convey information and/or ideas in a written or verbal format);

- Minstens 'n NKR-vlak 6 of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie in 'n toepaslike rigting.
**Noodsaaklike werkservaring**:
- Vyf jaar se bewese ervaring in die bestuur van 'n kantoor en/of as 'n persoonlike assistent vir uitvoerende bestuur;
- Toepaslike blootstelling aan werk in die hoëronderwysomgewing;
- Toepaslike blootstelling aan werk in ¿n projekbestuursomgewing.
**Praktiese bevoegdhede**:
- Tegniese/professionele kennis, vaardighede en ervaring;
- Kommunikasievaardighede (die vermoë om effektief na ander mense te luister en op hul te reageer, en om inligting en/of idees in ¿n skriftelike of mondelinge formaat oor te dra);
