HR Administrator

**Contracts and Letters**:
- Drafting of all contracts for new in-store hires
- Drafting of acting and promotion letters
- Draft termination letters (end of Fixed term contracts)
- Draft and issue ‘certificate of service’ letters upon request from instore employees
- Ensure that all documents reach Payroll on time
**UIF Claims**:
- Preparation of UIF Claim forms for Maternity leave and Terminations.
- Assist employees with UI19 request by providing them with the relevant documentation.
**Electronic Filing System**:
- Maintaining electronic employee records.
- Ensure that all disciplinary documentation is electronically filed.
- Keeping Employee electronic files up to date (Loading new employee contracts, capturing of all disciplinary Warnings and Hearings, acting and promotion letters etc.).
- Preparing and sending out Labour Audit Documents.
- Type out the minutes when required.
- Prepare all documents required for store Labour Audits.
- Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by the HRBP and HR Lead.
**Recruitment**:
- Conduct exit interviews with departing/departed employees and maintain records of their feedback.
- Conduct and keep record of reference checks.
**Uniform Admin**:
- Placing uniform orders on Alligator Portal for new employees and monthly adhoc orders.
- Assist in managing the annual uniform re-issue by collecting employee data and maintaining records for accurate uniform distribution.
- Uniform AOD’s to be captured on the tracker.
Ensure that uniform AOD’s reach payroll in time for processing.
