Job Title: Cape Town HR Administrator Role

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.

Main Duties
  • Maintain employee records and process documentation
  • Support recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and onboarding
  • Assist in payroll preparation and leave administration
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG manufacturing sector
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
