Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at FinChoice Africa. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and providing administrative support to the HR department.

About the Role:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, leave balances, and performance management data.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Employment Equity Act (EEA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), and Labour Relations Act (LRA).
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, preparing contracts, and managing employee onboarding processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with payroll to communicate changes in payroll processes or timelines to employees.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 essential.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in SAGE 300 advantageous.
  • Good computer literacy skills with a proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the EEA, BCEA, and LRA.
Salary Range:

R280,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
