We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our client in Cape Town. The HR Administrator will be responsible for various administrative tasks within the human resources department, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and timekeeping systems.
- Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role, preferably in a professional services or audit firm environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
