Dynamic HR Administrator

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our dynamic team at HR Genie in Cape Town. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support to the Human Resources Department and assisting in the implementation of various HR-related activities.
Key Responsibilities- Compile Offers and Contracts: Compile offers, contracts, transfer/increase/promotion/retirement/retrenchment/change in working conditions letters, maternity leave agreements, certificates of service, and acknowledgements of debts (advances).
- Championing HR Value Chain Process: Champion all HR value chain processes including onboarding and offboarding.
- Support Invoice Processing: Support the HR team in invoice processing and tracking.
- Data Management: Input employee information on the Sage system, manage all SAGE and ESS related queries and set ups, maintain all current HR databases, spreadsheets, and records to ensure data integrity.
- Degree or Diploma: Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Proven Experience: 1-3 years proven experience as an administrator within a human resources team, preferably with experience in shared services, business model, strategy consulting, financial services, corporate services, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and experience managing input via the SAGE payroll system.
- Negotiable Salary: R14 000 to R17 000 Per Month negotiable and dependent on qualification and years of relevant experience.
This role requires a driven, resourceful, confident professional who is highly organized, proactive, and has the ability to take ownership. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels within the organization.
