**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
A skilled HR Administrator to join our team with proven experience in HR administration duties, labour relations, recruitment and office management.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The HR Administrator is a specialist role that reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for the management of all HR administration duties. This role reports to the HR Manager.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
Maintain HR systems, employment contracts, status reports, templates and processes.
Assist management with disciplinary procedures.
Facilitate the entire recruiting life cycle across all departments, and assist with finding, hiring, and retaining quality talent.
Maintain all recruitment platforms and systems used by the company (i.e., SageHR, company career page, etc.)
Perform general human resource administrative duties to assist the HR team.
Assist with general office management duties.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
5+ years' experience in recruitment and human resources functions.
Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
In-depth knowledge of employment and labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a sense of ownership and accountability.
Flexible and able to meet the needs of the company.
Attention to detail is essential.
Advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office, Google Suite, HR and Recruitment software such as Sage or BambooHR).
