Specialist: Talent Acquisition

Structure, Grade & Reporting Job grade/level S5 Business Unit Human Resources Position reports to Senior Manager Span of Control 0
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver Talent Acquisition and onboarding consulting services, to support the delivery of the Talent strategy and business strategic objectives.
Research and gather external market intelligence and competitive data, industry trends, and labour market conditions to help senior stakeholders understand the external talent landscape.
Help co-ordinate and perform Talent Acquisition initiatives by performing job analysis and engaging with HRBPs and business stakeholders to obtain a better understanding on job performance requirements, contracting, compensation structure and timeframe requirement to fill vacant positions.
Help maintain key internal and external partners/alliances to deliver on Talent programmes.
Support in the implementation of effective internal and external stakeholder communication and engagements and maintain employment branding materials through effective partnering with Communications and Marketing functions.

Communication and Impact Qualifications NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Human Resources or Social Sciences NQF 4: Grade 12 Experience
5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition withing a large organisation

7 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, within as large organisation, if in possession of a Grade 12 qualification Certifications / Professional Registration None Special Requirements/ Employment Condition Work Characteristics Non-Billable WFA /Office Based
