S5 Core Description
To implement Talent Management, Mobility Management, Assessment, Career and Succession Management solutions across BCX, and ensure strategic collaboration with business, HR, and relevant leadership to identify, engage, develop, upskill, and retain Talent, to achieve the BCX's strategic objectives.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions- Understand Talent Strategy objectives and advise management on future skills and capability requirements needed to drive and grow BCX as a business; ensure all internal and external Talent are aligned to the broader BCX culture, values, and behaviours.
- Review and develop frameworks and tools to support Talent Management, Mobility, Assessment, Career and Succession Management, by ensuring alignment to broader BCX Business Standards (i.e., code of conduct, ways of working) and Talent Strategy (i.e., culture, values, behaviours), Rewards and recognition processes, and Learning and Development initiatives.
- Collaborate with management and all key stakeholders to anticipate and advise on potential issues that may arise from ineffective or noncompliant psychometric processes.
- Collaborate with management, key stakeholders, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development teams to understand and identify critical skills/ positions and develop corresponding Talent solutions to address these.

Leadership Development to create a robust succession pipeline, plan succession development programmes, assess pipeline priorities, and foresee the impact thereof, to best manage potential Talent "flight risks".
- Establish and review recruitment and selection assessment criteria, assessment tools, interview guidelines, talent processes and methodologies for career management for all employees across BCX
- Collaborate with the

- Gather, evaluate, and track Talent analytics and associated insights, across all facets of Talent Management, Mobility Management, Career and Succession Management and Psychometric Processes and integrate employees' experience, to continuously enhance Talent Management processes.
- Maintain Talent Management dashboards, metrics and KPI's for tracking and actioning purposes.

If the highest qualification is grade 12, Minimum 7 Years' experience in a Talent Management, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Management environment, within a large organisation.
