S5 Core Description
To collaborate with key stakeholders, both within HR and across BCX, to source and attract prospective Talent and determine the appropriate match between incoming Talent and internal business requirements.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions- Build and gather external market intelligence and competitive data, industry trends, and labour market conditions to understand the external talent landscape; and translate these to build a Talent Acquisition sourcing strategy, frameworks, and tools, to enable a future fit workforce for the BCX.
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand the current and future workforce, size, composition, costs, and internal dynamics, to ascertain the prospective Talent needed to unleash the BCX of the future.
- Evaluate available skills and conduct competencies assessments to assess the internal supply of skills; and conduct rigorous external talent pool scans to assess external skills available in the market, in accordance with the selection criteria.
- Review, create and update desired future workforce profiles of how the job requirements and workplace environment should look in the future (3 to 5year horizon), in accordance with the Talent demands.
- Identify associated assessments tools, interview guidelines and selection methodologies, to determine the recruitment success criteria per skills area, while standardising the recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain mechanisms for control to ensure safekeeping of all materials used during the recruitment and selection process, including interview notes and related paperwork to share with key stakeholders, and update all employee records, in adherence to relevant legislation and internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Team to maintain cohesion of employment branding materials throughout the recruitment and selection process, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather, evaluate, and track Talent analytics and associated insights, regarding all facets of Talent sourcing effectiveness and from feedback of new recruits' experience, to continuously enhance Talent Acquisition processes.

If the highest qualification is grade 12, Minimum 5 Years' experience in a Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Human Resources Management environment, within a large organisation.
