Learning Programmes Administrator

**Duties**:
- Provide expert advise to various stakeholders on learning programmes
- Support learners,employers and training providers throughout project implementation
- Ensure that the perfomance and compliance of skills development providers are in line with contractual requirements,approved projects plans,SASSETA policies and legislative and regulatory frameworks
- Review project related payment request and recommend to the learning programmes manager
- Conduct due diligence visits and prepare related reports
- Review and oversight of the contract signing process
- Facilitate induction sessions with learners ,employers and training providers to explain the organisational processes
- Review and recomend projects plans and training plans to learning programmes Manager
- Address non perfomance with service providers ,setting perfomance improvements targets and monitoring compliance
- Coordinate all the required documentation to track contract progress is received by the defined deadlines.
**Job Requirements**:
- A grade 12 or Matric is required
- A minimum of NQF L evel 6 tertiary qualification in Training and development and other related fields
- A minimum of 5years relevant learning and development or skills development is required.
- A minimum of 2years project management experience is required
- Must have a moderate understanding of the core functions of the division
- Driver's licence is a must
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R25 000,00 - R60 000,00 per month
