**Job Purpose**
To provide administrative support to ensure successful delivery of the BUCGC programme.
**Administration**
- Provide administrative support to the BUCGC Directors, as required and guided by them.
- Provide administrative support to the BUCGC Programme Manager and BUCGC Project Integration Manager, as required and guided by them.
- Work closely with the BUCGC Project Coordinator, as required, supporting each other (as a team) to maintain a high level of service excellence to all key stakeholders. The BUCGC Programme Manager and BUCGC Project Integration Manager shall guide these requirements.
- Engage effectively with Participants, Service Providers and Client Representatives across the various BUCGC managed Supplier Diversity Programmes, to support BUCGC in successfully delivering these Programmes. The BUCGC Programme Manager and BUCGC Project Integration Manager shall define and guide the required engagements.
- Administer the invoice payment requisition, approval, submission and payment tracking process related to all Suppliers & Service Providers to BUCGC. This requires coordinating the interface between BUCGC and the Black Umbrellas Finance Team (who process the payments on BUCGC’s behalf).
- Administer the BUCGC internal reimbursement claims approval & submission process. This requires coordinating the interface between BUCGC and the Black Umbrellas Finance & Payroll Team.
- Assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures for BUCGC, as guided by the BUCGC Programme Manager.
- Act as the BUCGC Office Manager at the 18 Acacia Road, Chislehurston offices. The requirements of which shall be guided by the BUCGC Programme Manager
**Education, Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Matric plus relevant 1 year post Matric qualification as a minimum.
- National Diploma or Degree will be advantageous
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to interact and influence at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Minimum 2-years administration experience.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
