Provides support, assistance and excellent customer service to the HR Administrator Team Lead as well as stakeholders in the various schools and at Support Office.

Experience in Human Resource Administration Year(s) 5 years

Experience in HR payroll processing Year(s) 10 years

**Output 1**
- Maintains an accurate HR database by ensuring quality data input, HR administration
- Ensures service delivery is met as per the defined SLA targets
- Maintains accurate and updated governance documentation for all processes
- Prepares and dispatches reports as requested

**Output 2**
HR Optimization & Continuous Improvement - Reviews processes to reduce manual interventions
- Gathers feedback from customers regarding their experience and relays this to the Team/ Lead
- Suggests improvements to enhance service delivery
- Actively seeks and delivers continuous improvements through process and system efficiency

**Output 3**
Stakeholder Engagement - Acts as a point of contact for HR Admin to ensure that the service offered meets the expectations and needs
- Provides support and assistance to HRBPs, Principals/ PAs, Group HR and any other customers
- Provides training to colleagues and/or staff regarding HR Administration policies, processes and forms when required
- Builds good relationships with Payroll & HRIS service providers and intermediaries
