**Company Description**
We currently recruiting a HR Administrator to work in South Africa division.
- Continuously provide support, guidance, and co-ordination to ensure accurate and professional HR Support.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide administrative support to Business Unit Leads
- Compile and update employee records.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Processing new starters, leavers and changes on the HR Information System
- Generating accurate headcount reports
- Keeping the HR information update and accurate
- Compiling reports for Anniversaries
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an HR Administration
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field
**Additional Information**
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
- Sound knowledge of HR Practices
- Knowledge of SA labour legislation
- Conflict/Relationship Management skills
