Talent Acquisition Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Administrative Specialist to join their team at the earliest possible entry date.
Job DescriptionAs an HR Administrative Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting both local and global HR projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing data for Local and Global HR Projects/Initiatives.
- Supporting the Head of Finance and HR in all HR and payroll audits.
- Maintaining and updating organizational structures, job descriptions, and employee handbooks.
- Managing personnel files and updating information on Pastel Payroll.
- Ensuring all HR documentation is up-to-date, including contracts of employment.
You will work closely with the Head of Finance and HR to ensure compliance with company policies and promote a socially responsible corporate culture.
RequirementsWe are looking for a reliable, flexible team player who can work independently with a self-motivated and proactive approach. The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant diploma or degree with at least 2 years of HR administration experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
The estimated salary for this position is R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
