Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve a timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide accurate product information and assistance to customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- 3 Years Proven customer support experience or experience in a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and difficult customers.
- Proficient computer skills and experience using customer service software or tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month
