We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Centre Agent

**Job Description**:
We are looking for customer-focused and results-orientated individuals, with sound problem-solving and interpersonal skills, to deliver exceptional service to customers across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Query Handling (Inbound/E-mail/Webchat/etc.)
- Responding to a defined range of customer queries or inquiries, to deliver appropriate, accepted resolutions for customers
- Liaising with internal/ external parties to resolve customer queries
- Escalate any queries or complaints to the appropriate channels to ensure they are handled and resolved in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information to customers

**Requirements**:

- Experience within the UK market for 12 months minimum
- Previous experience in E-mail & Webchat support
- A Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English is an essential requirement
- Neutral accent
- Credit and Criminal Clear
- Able to work rotational shifts
- A minimum of 12 months client service experience in dual-focus capacity will be advantageous
- Able to start immediately
