We're looking for a highly organized and efficient Account Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our Account Executives and Representatives. As an integral part of the Account Management team, you will drive growth by ensuring smooth sales procedures and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Document Management: Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents in a timely manner.
  • Proposal Development: Design and renew sales proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Data Integrity: Update internal databases with accurate account information.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the Account Management team.
  • Campaign Research: Conduct research on prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Feedback: Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports of campaign results to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and CRM software experience.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing/advertising campaigns.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
