Job Description:

My client, a leading provider of solar water heating solutions in South Africa, specializing in cutting-edge solar technologies, is looking for Key Accounts Sales Consultant that is a proactive, driven individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. They must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-focused, with strong negotiation abilities and a proven track record in sales, ideally within the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting sales activities, including prospecting and networking to generate leads.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Delivering impactful sales presentations.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and developments.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Preparing and providing quotes to clients.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Afrikaans & English.
  • CRM Management.
  • Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of solar and heat pump systems is a plus, but not essential.
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales or key account role with contactable references.
  • Matric certificate with 50% for real Math, at least 70% for Math lit
  • Must have own reliable car
