**KEY ACCOUNT SALES ADMINISTRATOR**:
- Cape Town, South Africa**YOUR MISSION**:
The Key Account Sales Administrator acts as the connecting piece between the Customer and the two Key Account Sales Managers by processing orders, keeping track of customer information and providing post sale customer reports, collecting, organizing, and filing sales orders.
To assist the Key Account Sales Managers to deliver a thorough and comprehensive account management and customer service package to customers by being efficient and systems orientated.
Working closely with the warehouse to obtain delivery dates.
- Timely and accurate completion of all reports as requested by Key Account Sales Managers.**YOUR TALENT**:
- Senior National certificate
- Microsoft Office: including a high standard on Power Point and Excel in order to maintain sales figures and creating presentations
- Experience in handling Key Accounts
- Consistently able to create and deliver presentations
- Pro-active approach with high energy, drive and determination
- Strong eye for detail
- Strong communication skills.
- Be able to perform under pressure
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in an administrator role
