**Job Summary**:
As a Key Accounts representative, you will be responsible for supporting the Key Accounts team in managing and strengthening relationships with our most valuable clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account management and develop a successful career within our organization.

**Reporting**:
The successful incumbent will be reporting to the International Sales Manager

**Direct Reports (Subordinates)**:
None

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
The duties and responsibilities include the following and will be amended from time to time due to operational requirements.

**Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Understand all Alu-Cab products and pricing
- Gather and analyze data related to key accounts, including sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis, and provide reports when requested
- Support the team in identifying opportunities within key accounts, maximizing revenue generation.
- Assist in the creation and presentation of proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements for key clients, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the Key Accounts team.
- Assist in coordinating and participating in client meetings, negotiations, and business development activities.
- Assist at Overlanding and 4x4 shows/expos that align with our scope of products.
- Generate new sales leads and have the ability to upsell products to existing and new customs

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development
- Track record of sales targets
- Experience in mortar or manufacturing industry

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
