  • Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, coordinates the logístical arrangement and execution of assessment process (CPA, IRIS, MCPA, MCPA-SCAN and Integrated assessment), both ad hoc and project related, as required by assessment clients and the Psychometric/Consulting Division of the company.
  • Accountable for delighting assigned clients and client projects / ad hoc queries on assessment related tasks or queries.
  • Clients as assigned by Operations Manager.
  • Probing /proactive suggestions to clients and to the company to improve service deliver


Assessment Coordination
  • Liaise with Operations Manager or Psychometrist/Industrial Psychologist in order to confirm appropriate assessment battery as per job competencies and level of job to be assessed, in response to assessment requests/ booking forms received from clients.
  • Schedule assessments with associates, (through scheduler) and maintain good relationships with them.
  • Compile quotations per nonstandard assessment request received from client, and forward to Operations Manager.
  • Monitor progress on assessment result delivery by service providers to ensure timeous delivery of results.
  • Flag issues with service delivery by providers, to Operations Manager.
  • Agree report due date with client and ensure timeous and checked report delivery and/or feedback to client contact.
  • Communicate with client to provide regular updates on assessment progress throughout assessment process.
  • Ensure assessments are conducted and interpreted by only appropriately qualified/licensed/accredited persons.
  • Keep Operations Manager updated on client feedback and service delivery issues and successes.
  • Upon completion of assessment request, timeously complete invoicing information on Bos and ensure Accounts Department has all relevant service provider invoices and booking form to complete invoicing cycle.
  • Assist Accounts Department in resolving client queries on invoices sent.
  • Act as backup to other Assessment Coordinator and Psychometrist Consultant on their assigned clients / assessment projects.
  • Provide assistance to other company team members as requested by Operations Manager.
  • Coordinate the entire assessment process, from establishing the client's need to following up on efficacy of service once reports have been sent out to clients. CPA, IRIS, MCPA, and Integrated assessment, both ad hoc and projectrelated, as required by assessment clients and the Psychometric/Consulting.
  • Liaise with assessment service providers to arrange, and follow up on, assessments completed.
  • Manage confidentiality of assessment information, both with regards to unused test resources as well as completed tests and reports.
    Inherent Requirements
  • 2 years experience in the arena of Psychology / Assessments / HR Development
  • Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Computer literate regarding business systems and server platforms (user understanding).
