**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Senior Psychometrist and Assessment Centre Coordinator in the daily running of the assessment centre
- To coordinate and administer the assessments conducted in the EL branch
- To process psychometric results, for EL branch and our other branches in CT and Jhb
- To integrate and compile reports
- To perform administrative duties, such as scheduling and saving results
- To assist in conducting online assessments via Microsoft Teams
- To attend weekly workshops with the university (remote sessions)
- To complete the 720 hour internship, keeping meticulous record thereof, including a portfolio

**Requirements**:

- Honours degree in Psychology or Industrial Psychology, with 65% result for the Psychometry or Psychological Assessment Module. Overall, Honour’s result needs to be above 60%.
- Must reside in or around East London
- Must be in a financial position to register and pay the NMU fees before starting
- Must be able to start training mid-June 2024
