A Hotel siuated in the waterfront seeks to employ an experienced Personal Assistant with training and HR experience with the following essential requirements:

  • A minimum of Grade 12 is essential
  • Office Administration / Secretarial Diploma or related qualification
  • Must have at least _5 years Executive PA_ experience ie as a SECRETARY within a hotel environment.
  • Excellent command of the English and Afrikaans Language both written and spoken
  • Sound interpersonal and organizational skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently
  • Outstanding Grooming and Presentation
  • Impeccable discretion and diplomacy
  • Excellent public relations skills
  • At least 23 years' experience in a similar 4* or 5* HR position
  • HR, Training & Admin Experience (Essential)
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent Administration Skills
  • Excellent Telephonic Communication Skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Hospitality experience advantageous
  • Knowledge on BCEA, LRA, Skills Development, H&S & EE
  • Highly confidential nature as will be dealing with sensitive information and be privvy to the inner workings of the hotel, must be a team player and be willing to jump in and help operations as and when needed.
  • Must have some experience in training and HR administration.
