Executive Secretary / HR Administrator - Sandton - Johannesburg


A well established dealership based in
Sandton, Johannesburg is looking to employ a
Executive Secretary / HR Administrator on a
4 month temp contract.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong background in Excel proficiency
  • HR / Business Administration Qualification
  • Organised / problemsolver

Duties:

  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
  • Organise meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organise catering when necessary
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Welcome visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the CEO
  • Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritising the most sensitive matters
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • To support the Human Resources department. Act as the first point of contact for HRrelated queries from employees and external partners. Main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
