Personal Assistant / Marketing Co-ordinator position available for insurance underwriting company in Parktown, Johannesburg.
The company specialises in Heavy Commercial Vehicles Underwriting with a focus on the SME market. The company has been in operation for about 30 years and has a good track record in the industry.
- **Minimum requirements**:_
- Diploma / NQF level 6 with a relevant Secretarial related qualification, preferably Executive Secretarial.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant/PA to a Director/Executive/CEO.
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Proven experience in coordinating of marketing.
- **Key responsibilities for this position**:_
- Arrange and assist with management meetings
- Taking of minutes
- Management of branded collateral
- Maintenance of company LinkedIn profile
- Management of newsletters
- Management of staff communication
- Arrange and coordinating of staff and client events and functions
- Management of access control
- Management of building maintenance
- Management of travel arrangements
- Management of software procurement process
**CORRESPONDENCE WILL ONLY BE WITH SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES.**
Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
