Purpose of the job
 
To lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with legislation, fostering employee development and engagement, and supporting the achievement of the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications:
  1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Employee Relations, or relevant major.


Technical Competencies & Responsibilities
  1. At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
  2. In-depth knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
  3. Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with South African regulations.
  4. Oversee performance reviews and assist managers in providing feedback.
  5. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices aligned with the HR strategy.
  6. Lead recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
  7. Proficiency in Sage VIP payroll software
  8. Oversee monthly salary reviews and manage payroll using Sage VIP for 400 employees.
  9. Maintain compliance with tax accounts and ensure timely submissions to SARS.
  10. Handle labour relations and disciplinary processes.
  11. Provide HR guidance and support to management and staff.
  12. Valid Drivers license
