**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Receptionist at Prudent HR Solutions in East London. As a Human Resources Receptionist, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, performing receptionist duties, HR & IR Sales, Scheduling Meetings and maintaining phone etiquette. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Experience in providing administrative assistance in an office setting
- Familiarity with office equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Excellent receptionist skills, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing inquiries
- Professional phone etiquette with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain composure under pressure, and handle confidential information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
- Relevant certification or diploma in HR or related field is preferred
