As a Sales Manager in the packaging industry, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and leading a team of sales representatives.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their packaging needs and provide customized solutions. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for packaging solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their packaging needs and provide expert guidance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the packaging industry
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the packaging industry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and industry trends
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • High level of professionalism and customer focus
