MAHLE Behr South Africa, at our Durban Plant, has a vacancy for a Employee Relations Partner.

Your Role & Responsibilities

The main duties of this position will include:

Provide leadership to ensure effective operations of the Human Resources Department Ensure effective functioning of all HR activities, such as day to day requirements, recruitment, onboarding, designing budgets etc. Ensure updated and correct reporting and auditing. Effective management of Employment Relations and Disciplinary practices including union activities. Project Management – Lead, drive and monitor projects.

Minimum Requirements

Relevant Degree in Human Resources Management / Law or Labour Law or other related Minimum 7 years’ experience in management role in Human Resources Management

Preferred Requirements

At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge and experience of working in a unionized environment and directly dealing with the union.
