Our client is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team.

**Responsibilities**:

- The purpose of the role is act in direct partnership with management teams and business units as key enabler in all areas related to people, with a distinct view to maximise performance and support the delivery of appropriate people and organisational solutions.
- HR Business Partnering.
- HR Operations Support.
- Talent Acquisition and Management.
- HR Policies and compliance.
- Training and Development.
- Employee Relations Assistance.
- Performance Management.
- Human Resources Administration
- Transformation (BBBEE, Skills Development and Employment Equity).
- HR Projects

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels.
- Good organizational skills.
- Business writing, reporting and presentation skills.
- Good computer skills - Microsoft, SAP, etc.
- Extensive HR Generalist knowledge and experience including Management of Payroll.
- Experience in managing HR with numerous business units employing 150 - 300 employees.
- Experience within the Logistics Industry.
- Able to travel locally and to neighbouring countries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or similar HR Qualification
- More than 7 (Seven) years’ experience in Human Resources Management or HR Business Partnering
- In depth knowledge and working experience on all Labour Legislation - Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act, and BBBEE Act
