**About the Position**
The **Letting Negotiator** (UK & UAE) is responsible for creating and managing property listings across various mid-term property rental platforms for the UK and UAE market. **The is a fully remote position from South Africa.** The primary objective of this position is to generate property letting inquiries from potential tenants, process the letting inquiries, and offer suitable letting options to tenants from the Company’s diverse property portfolio. The Letting Negotiator is the first point of contact for potential tenants, guiding them through the letting process of finding their ideal property rental. All letting inquiries that matches the letting offering, are to be quoted on based on the rental amount and admin fees. The Letting Negotiator then engages the Landlord to discuss and/or negotiate the potential property midterm letting rates. The role reports directly to the Lettings Manager.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Create and manage property letting listings -**Develop and maintain accurate and appealing property listings across the mid-term property rental platforms.
- **Process and track tenant inquiries -** Respond to, process, and manage prospective tenant property renting inquiries by providing detailed information about available rental properties within the next 48 hours.
- **Create and Manage bookings** - Create and manage property letting bookings on IGMS.
- **Tenant & Landlord Relations-**Build strong relationships with potential tenants to ensure potential ongoing business and to ensure a smooth and efficient booking process. Negotiate market related mid-term property letting prices with Landlords to ensure the best optimal letting price is determined for the property (UK only);
- **Payment and Collection Management** -. Manage tenant payments, rent collections and renting deposit returns. Ensure that all property damages are accounted for and deducted from the Landlord letting claim amount.

- and post-stay property inspections-**Oversee, schedule and manage pre and post property inspections;
- **Data Management -**Gather and maintain data on tenant property inquiries, property preferences, and tenant feedback to continuously improve the Company’s property letting service.
- **Market Awareness -**Stay updated on property market related rental trends and ensure property rental listings are competitive and reflect the latest property rental listings.
- **Support the Lettings Team -**Collaborate with the wider property lettings team to ensure all administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements, renewals, and property management are completed efficiently.
**Qualifications, Knowledge & Work Experience**
- Business related degree (Preferable);
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in the ‘property letting’ industry preferably in the UK and/or UAE;
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal communication);
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple listings and inquiries.
- Excellent ability to pay attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of mid-term property rental platforms and the property rental market of the UK and/or UAE is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive and professional attitude when dealing with landlords and tenants**.**:
