**About the Position**
The **Letting Manager** you will be mainly responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ‘Letting’s operations’ but will also provide support to the Operational and Sales Team for the UK & UAE Market. The position will be responsible to meet financial sales targets, securing new lettings instructions, letting negotiations and assist in maintaining the Company's reputation for excellence in the property management industry. The position will also be responsible for coaching, training, and managing a team of Lettings Negotiators for both the UK and UAE market
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Operational Leadership**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department, ensuring a smooth and efficient letting process.
- **Revenue Generation**: Actively seek out and secure new letting instructions to meet mid-term financial sales targets. Monitoring property performance and pricing; Ensure property list pricings are optimised and listed at the best possible optimised listing price to maximise revenue generation for Landlords and the Company. Faciliatte letting negotiations with Landlords to ensure properties are listed at the best optimal listing prices.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords. Educate and present market related property listing offers to Landlords, while maintaining clear communication and addressing Landlord concerns timeously.
- **Team Management**: Lead and support a team of Lettings Negotiators, provide them with guidance and training. Oversee and manage the Letting Negotiator team performance to ensure the team meets company sales objectives.
- **Market Expertise**: Stay up to date with property industry trends, property relevant legislation changes, and market conditions to provide the best advice and service to clients.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular letting sales reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), financial performance, and departmental achievements to the Head of sales. Ensure all properties are listed on the relevant portals with the correct pricing structure and description.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all property lettings activities comply with local current regulations and local legal requirements.
**Qualifications, Knowledge & Work Experience**
- Business related degree (Preferable);
- 4 to 5 years’ work experience and management experience in the ‘lettings and/or ‘property management’ industry;
- Strong verbal and written communication in English;
- Strong numerical and analytical skills;
- Highly organised with leadership skills;
- Knowledge of booking platforms such as ‘Airbnb’ and ‘Booking.Com’;
- Work experience having worked remotely preferably into the UK and/or UAE markets.
- Strong knowledge of the property market, rental processes, and relevant property legislations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to solve problems efficiently
**Working Days and Hours**
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 6:00pm (South African Time)
