Lettings Administrator

Are you experienced in Residential Lettings?
**The role will include the following duties: (This list is not exhaustive)**
- Taking incoming calls for a busy office
- Qualifying applicants to company standards
- Booking in viewings for Lettings Negotiators
- Liaise with vendors and buyers for sales properties to obtain ID and Terms of Business, sales chasing to progress through to completion, updating of property details online and drafting marketing descriptions.
- Arranging move-ins
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Co-ordinate tenancy renewals
- Gas/EPC Certificate Registrations
- Manage Rental Increases
**The skills required for this Lettings Administration role will include**:
- Previous experience in Residential Lettings essential
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Driven, ambitious and self-motivated
**Hardware Requirements**:
- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/Back-up Battery for load shedding
**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday (11am to 7pm) UK Time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
**Salary**: R16,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (required)
