**The Opportunity**

We are offering the opportunity to gain real sales experience in a dynamic leading startup. You will be responsible for dealing with potential tenants and nurturing relationships with Landlords.

**What you will be doing**:

- Reporting results directly to the Lettings Manager
- Managing a pipeline
- Achieving monthly individual targets
- Compilingng listings for our current database of properties.
- Arranging viewings
- Negotiating new deals with landlords and Tenants
- Calling warm leads to generate new business
