Help Desk Support Officer

**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Technical advice and support to clients with regard to network and systems
Hardware-, software
- and database maintenance and administration
System specifications and basic - development
Research, plan, troubleshoot and maintenance of the Wine Online and Ethical Trade system
End-user training
Degree/Diploma in computer science or equivalent qualification
Excellent project management skills
Ability to record and document resolutions
Analytical and numerical skills
Exposure and/or experience in the development of documentation/manuals for training, user procedures, system specifications
Planning, organising and time management skills, business acumen and action orientated
Advanced administrative and problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
Sound interpersonal skills
A positive, energetic, patient, tolerant and professional individual
