- Leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge human capital programs and systems.

- Improving organisational effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to enhance leadership, improve productivity, drive a performance culture.
- Designing and implementing an HR operating model and organizational structure to improve HR process efficiency.
- Overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring productivity and effective performance.
- Driving employee engagement and performance in the organization.
- Spearheading projects related to compensation plan revisions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and employee needs.
- Implementing functional human resources management systems and internal databases across all departments across the business.
- Overseeing the payroll function to ensure effective and accurate monthly payroll processes.
- Developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Managing employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Managing and optimising the HR budget, ensuring all expenditure is in line with the agreed and approved budgets.
- Analysing cost drivers and embarking on cost containment initiatives, providing feedback to leadership team on identified solutions to increase profits and protect against human capital risks.
