Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior RF Engineer and Antenna Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading technical projects from conception to completion. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and testing antenna systems, including conceptual designs, prototype development, and thorough testing procedures.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead technical projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting project goals.
  2. Collaborate with the project management team to make informed decisions on high-level engineering issues.
  3. Develop and design various types of antennas, including conceptual designs, prototype development, and thorough testing.
  4. Create detailed documentation and testing procedures for RF designs, including filters, switches, and amplifiers.
  5. Conduct testing and qualification of RF designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  6. Engage with clients to address technical issues, providing expert guidance and support.
  7. Participate in client visits to resolve specific technical needs and provide training as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office, MATLAB, and 3D CEM tools (e.g., FEKO or similar).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and lead projects effectively.
  • High levels of initiative, accountability, and self-motivation.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required by project deadlines.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in designing a broad range of antenna types and associated RF circuits, particularly in the 1 MHz to 9 GHz frequency range.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • A Master's or PhD in Engineering (Electronic) is preferred.
