Job Description
The succesful Sales Manager Enterprise Sales will fit be responisble for the following:
- Lead and manage the enterprise sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Monitor and report on competitive market information
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure our offerings remain competitive
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager Enterprise Sales should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Must reside in Johannesburg
- Must speak English and Chinese.
