Enterprise Sales Director

Azeus Convene is a leading provider of meeting and collaboration solutions for Board Directors and Senior Executives. We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our growing sales force in the region.
As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for promoting Azeus Convene's products and services to potential clients. This will involve cold calling on a daily basis, drumming up leads from CRM data, and setting up virtual appointments with C-Level Executives.
You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors. Your primary goal will be to achieve agreed personal and departmental targets, captured from calling data provided. Additionally, you will inform potential clients about the company's products and services, be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business, and deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or any related field, as well as 10 years of relevant IT software sales experience in the region. They should also have 10 years of experience in selling applications/software products to corporates - B2B sales, lead generation experience, commercial awareness of mobile and digital products, and SaaS. The ability to build rapport easily and strengthen relationships is essential, as well as great people skills in engaging mid-level to C-suite personnel. A global perspective and the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment are also must-haves.
In terms of salary, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus commission based on performance.
