About Our Client:
SA Sales Fraternity's client is a prominent player in the secure physical access control market, offering a comprehensive range of solutions to cater to diverse customer needs.
Purpose of the Job:
The ideal candidate will lead and manage the sales team, driving growth by providing guidance, training, and implementing strategic sales plans to meet objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Department Management:
- Develop and implement business plans for sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Design and execute sales action plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Foster partnerships with key stakeholders and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, setting individual and team targets.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and adapt to competitive changes.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Address escalated customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- BUILD long-lasting customer relationships by understanding and addressing their needs.
People Management:
- Guide, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance their skills.
- Develop team expertise through motivation and product knowledge education.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, assign leads, and track individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Host weekly training-focused sales meetings and ensure team punctuality and performance.
Team Effectiveness:
- Participate constructively in team meetings and provide actionable solutions to identified problems.
- Cultivate relationships and create consultative conditions to promote collaborative success.

- Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring team alignment with company objectives and values.
- Optimizing team productivity and individual performance.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior sales managerial role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
