The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of contacts both internal and external to the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Electronic Diary Management: Manage and maintain the electronic diaries of the CEO, prioritizing appointments and reallocation as necessary.
  • Sensitive Issues Handling: Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner.
  • Meetings and Agendas: Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, and meeting papers.
  • Communication and Screening: Screen calls, enquiries, and requests, dealing with them appropriately.
  • Travel Arrangements: Manage travel arrangements for the CEO, including visas and accommodation.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years EXECUTIVE personal assistance experience
  • Strong experience in electronic diary management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be creative
  • Ability to take accountability for your own work and be forward-thinking
  • Experience with legal documents and contracts is highly desirable

Estimated Salary: R25 000 - R50 000 (negotiable and experience-related)
