Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Support Specialist to join our team at Arvo in the Stellenbosch office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the procurement team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Order Management: Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, ensuring all details (pricing, quantities, and delivery dates) are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Vendor Communication: Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring accurate and current contact and contract details. Assist in vendor communication, helping to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment or supplier performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and distribute regular procurement reports, including spend analysis and supplier performance metrics, to assist with decision-making and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within procurement, supply chain, or FMCG environments.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience working with ERP systems.
Benefits:

This is a permanent full-time position based in the Stellenbosch office. The salary range is R12,000-R15,000 CTC per month, depending on experience. The starting date is as soon as possible.
