Executive Culinary Manager

CME Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Manager to lead the culinary team at one of the world's most prestigious wineries in Stellenbosch, Cape Town.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent management skills to oversee daily kitchen activities and ensure high-quality food preparation. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a senior chef role and possess a Culinary Diploma.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, providing guidance and support to junior staff, training and assessing personnel, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Key requirements include:
- Culinary Diploma
- 4+ Years experience in a senior chef role
- Own Transport
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent written & oral communication
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work within opening hours
We estimate the salary for this position to be around R350,000 - R400,000 per annum, depending on experience.
