We are seeking a skilled Accountant: Business Solutions to join our team at Helderberg Personnel cc. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with clients to provide expert advice and support in managing their financial affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a dedicated client portfolio, providing personalized service and support to individuals, trusts, closed corporations, and companies
• Assist in the planning and delivery of business solutions services, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical expertise in IFRS, VAT, Income Tax, and Companies Act, as well as computer literacy in CaseWare and Microsoft Office Suite
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Participate in research and development initiatives to improve existing processes and procedures
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth

Requirements:

A successful candidate will possess:

• A degree in Accounting or related field, completed SAIPA / CIMA / SAICA articles, and registration as a Professional Accountant (PA(SA)) or Associate General Accountant (AGA(SA)) / Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
• Proven experience in accounting, finance, or business administration, with a focus on business solutions and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
• Familiarity with CaseWare, e-Filing, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
