Customer Support Agent Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and multilingual individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer complaints
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or French
  • PC literate
  • Availability to work 9-6pm Monday-Sunday (recurring shifts)
  • Residency in Western Cape
