Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Portuguese speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Initiate International. As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese and English languages.
- Permanent residence permit or South African ID holder.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
