  • Train clients on software usage

Requirements:

  • Native-level fluency in German
  • Previous experience in technical customer support
  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Passion for technology and software
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Patient and empathetic with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with a keen eye for detail
