Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in German
- Previous experience in technical customer support
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Passion for technology and software
- Strong prioritization skills
- Patient and empathetic with excellent communication skills
